We are a small family business in North Yorkshire and make by hand Proper Sausage using all the prime cuts of Yorkshire Pork - including the loin.

We produce gourmet food and most of our sausage is suitable for a gluten free diet. For lovers of Italian food we make a fabulous Italian sausage with fennel seed, chilis and garlic. We make an authentic fresh chorizo with paprika, chilis and garlic, and a simple rustic Toulouse sausage.
