We are a small family business in Ripon, North Yorkshire making Real Sausage with Yorkshire Pork

We produce gourmet food and most of our sausage is suitable for a gluten free diet.

For lovers of Italian food we make a fabulous Italian sausage with fennel seed, chilis and garlic. We make an authentic fresh chorizo with paprika, chilli and garlic, and a simple rustic Toulouse sausage.us
